This is a very easy and yummy recipe. I usually make some rice and serve it under the chicken.
- 8 small boneless chicken thighs ( I use chicken breasts)
- 3 TBS Flour
- 1/3 C. Orange Marmalade
- 1/3 C. Kraft original BBQ sauce, spicy honey is good too:)
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 1 TBS grated fresh gingerroot or 1 tsp of ground ginger spice
TOSS chicken with flour, put in slow cooker.
MIX all remaining ingredients in a bowl then put on top of chicken in slow cooker
COOk on Low for 6-7 hrs and High for 3-4
