- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 (1 ounce) squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, coarsely chopped ( I used chocolate chips)
Cook at 375 for 10-12 min.
