2 lbs. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion (chopped) 1can tomato soup
¾ c. celery (chopped) ½ can of water
1 large carrot (shredded) 1 TBLS vinegar
2TBLS brown sugar 1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp. mustard
Brown ground beef. Sauté onion, celery, carrot. Add all ingredients together. Stir over medium heat. Serve warm and over hamburger buns. Makes a lot.
